We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hot showers had high pressure, which was incredibly luxurious. The hotel also provided free parking, which was very convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a 7/11 and petrol station right in front of the hotel, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed. The breakfast hall was large and spacious, with plenty of seating and a wide range of delicious options. The internet worked perfectly, which was a big plus for us. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
The only minor issue we encountered was regarding our request to extend our check out time. com, the staff at the location stated that they couldn't accommodate it.

The staff at Viva Residence were attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One staff member even opened doors for us and made us feel like VIPs. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned daily and we always had fresh towels. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the kettle, hair dryer, and large fridge with a freezer unit. The location was convenient, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. Despite the busy road next to the hotel, we didn't experience much noise in our room. we had a pleasant and inexpensive stay at Viva Residence.
